ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS

 

This class is focused on intermediate to advanced performance.  It is a 40 min class that follows a four day structure of strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core.  this a tempo style class meaning all exercise is time based instead of rep based.

Using our custom app, we will put together your full program to do at home or on your own time.  There is a portal for to message us in real time, and also custom meal planning.

P4 is four different performance programs depending on your individual goal. We will help you with quickness, agility, strength, and vertical.
